@ScrewAttackEurope
They made that game for the vitural boy that nobody in the UK (and not many in the us) got to play and that’s all I can think of. They’ve made some bad ports.
Thought this game was graat. A huge Batfan though. Might have been the first game I saw at least played.
But the commodore was some time fault it would get screwed up in the middle of certain games only work if it felt like it. Watch James Rolf batman games review part 1.
Why do Americans have a problem with Ocean? They made some awesome titles over the years.
The Amiga version looks good!
Please stop giving the entire plot of the movie to start your review. Just make comments during the game review about whether or not it follows the film. I dont think anyone wants to hear you descirbe the entire movie plot its very boring, but your game reviews are good other wise.
LOL eh I didn’t mean no harm I’m just geing a hater cuz I never had a PC!
you had a real gaming system? you realize that computers are “real game systems” aswell. they had the same, if not MORE power then your NES.
could u review disney bolt?
I never played these games you see I had real game systems at this age (NES, MS,)Nice review bro! I’ve watched a few but I haven’t said anything yet!
Take a breath occasionally!
The music of the game is somehow too loud, I can’t understand that much of what you’re saying, which makes it hard to understand you for I’m no native speaker….
take it easy it was commodore 64 not xbox 360. Genius at the time. the music in c64 batman was the best ever.
one of the best action games for the commodore 64 system ever!
I loved it and played many times over in the beginning of the 90´s
I don’t really agree with this review, it feels like you’re expecting too much from a ‘retro’ system. You didn’t cover the ZX Spectrum version which is fine, but it’s impressive that it retained very close gameplay to both the C64 and Amiga versions. I did enjoy watching this review and I like what you’re doing, my only criticism would be that sometimes you speak too fast, I think you should try to relax a little, but you’re doing well and I appreciated the chance to hear your views.
Useing the grappling hook is like useing spidermans web swing at those times.
I never knew what I was supposed to do on that minigame with the items until now. I didn’t bother to read the manual back then I guess
Anyways, I played through that level tons of times and every time cleared it in the first try by just randomly choosing items and pressing buttons
(that was the C64 version)
cause the handful of people enjoy the review! Thats just one reason off the top of my head I am sure there are more reasons. E.g. the person who made the vid might have enjoyted it. May cause uninterested parties to become interested, etc.
hehe. Pyramid head.
the Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) version was faaar superior. In fact, it was second only to the NES “Batman” as far as ther 1989 movie tie-ins.
Wasnt ocean a pretty good computer deveolper?
The gameplay is simulur to bionic commando.
That music makes it sound like Batman and the Joker are getting ready to play 1-on-1 basketball or something.
i thought it was odd when i spotted these reviews but it helps to make people not feel stupid watching acient games
this game was one of my favorite games for the Amiga. I was completely blown away by the graphics for that time…
